A full-day online retreat from 10 am to 4 pm. Most seats are reserved for attendees of the 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program. If free seats become available, we will open registrations at a later time.
This retreat will alternate periods of sitting practices with walking meditation. It will be helpful to set aside the entire retreat time to practice in silence in your home and with your electronic devices set to Do Not Disturb.
The morning sessions will explore meditations with awareness of breath, sounds and thoughts and emotions. You will be invited to explore mindful eating during the lunch hour.
The afternoon sessions will include a visualization practice of Mountain meditation and the heart-practices of forgiveness, kindness and compassion.

Online meeting information will be provided upon completion of registration. We currently use the Zoom service.
