Welcome! I am delighted by your interest in mindfulness and stress reduction.
Mindful living is an invitation to live fully and be present to everything that life offers us. It is a practice of cultivating understanding, wisdom and compassion with insight and tenderness. Overtime we learn to soften the harsh judgment and come to a relationship of kindness, care and joy with ourself and those around us.
As a certified mindfulness teacher, I have been honored to support and guide students for over a decade in these practices.
The teachings are based on the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program founded by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, one of Geeta’s teachers, at the Center for Mindfulness (CFM) at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in 1979.
