A day of mindfulness based on the MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) practices for beginners and advanced practitioners of meditation.
I am now happy to offer day-long mindfulness retreats. These events will be open to all levels of practice, including those new to mindfulness. The retreats will incorporate group work, guided meditations, compassion practices and periods of silence.
This is a perfect opportunity for you to unplug from devices and spend the day in a lovely quiet setting in the countryside at Still Waters Retreat Center. It is also an opportunity to introduce your friends, family, and colleagues to mindfulness in a gentle, supportive way.
Please bring your own lunch. Snacks and tea will be provided.
