A four-week live online class for MBSR graduates.
This 4-week class meets once a week online and live for 1 hr and 15 minutes.
The dates for the 4-week class are as follows:
- Tuesday evenings: 6 pm – 7:15 pm US Central Time starting April 5, 2022. Class dates: 4/5, 4/12, 4/19, 4/26
Wednesday mornings: 10 am – 11:15 am US Central Time starting April 6, 2022. Class dates: 4/6, 4/13, 4/20, 4/27
Cost: $120.
Class size will be kept small to allow for a more intimate interaction to mimic in-person classes.
