The practices of Mindfulness and Compassion can help us to build resilience in this extraordinarily stressful time. Understanding the neuroscience of stress helps us to meet our stress with understanding instead of judgement.
This introduction is based on the 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program, founded in 1979 by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.
